Glyph Fall is a basic falling-symbols match arcade with cosmetic monetisation pressure. Glyphs drop from the top; tap matching pairs before they hit the bottom. The format is functional but offers nothing beyond the basic mechanic.
What works is the input responsiveness. Taps register immediately. Hit detection is reliable. The mechanical foundation works.
What does not work is the depth. Every round uses the same match-pair mechanic. No special glyphs, no combination patterns, no power-ups. After fifteen minutes the format reveals it has no more to offer.
Tested over one Cross River Rail commute before stopping. Touch works fine. Mouse-click also works.
Where the game tries hardest is the cosmetic-glyph shop. Twenty different glyph sets through grindable currency. None affect gameplay. The cosmetic layer is the only progression.
Where I would push back is the entire monetisation. Ads after every round. Paid skip option. Persistent shop prompts. The basic mechanic does not justify this monetisation load.
